Brass Corbels
These dividers were designed and built in our shop. The copper is called AZUL. The brass corbels built from fresh brass bar. We know how to properly patinate and age materials. We are also experienced in soldering of different kinds. Notice the low temp solder holding this piece together
Tie Fighter Fire Pit
This was built on a whim for fun. It’s a 1/3 scale tie fighter in the original almond on black paint from the first Star Wars. It’s purpose is just a unique fire pit.
Tie Fighter Fire Pit in flames
If you have an idea for unique piece to be made, we would love to talk to you about accomplishing it. We definitely have an artistic bent.
Picture Frame for Georgia O'Keefe Print
We picked up the wonderful print at the Crystal Bridges Georgie O’Keefe exhibition. I wanted a unique frame to display it. This frame is steel that has been treated with a couple of different processes here in the shop. That is the actual color of the steel. No paint. The effect speaks for itself.
Chicken Coop
Yes, I can do plenty of wood work here. I have a full wood shop and spent many years in my youth as a carpenter. I enjoy combining the two mediums. As you can see from these pictures, my attention to detail carries over.
Chicken Tractor
Here’s the chicken coop in the shop being built. This was designed to be slid around easily in the grass if you wanted your birds to stay penned up.
Whimsy Spider Pumpkin Flower Holder
Whimsy and fun. We made several of these. I kept one as well as making an ant.
Forge
Yes. We can build your forge to order. This is a good size knife makers forge. The burners are completely removable and adjustable up and down.
Forge burners.
These burners are fully adjustable in the venturi.
Great temperature range
This forge has a great range of temperature. It can turn fire brick to glass in 5 minutes at 30 psi, then backed down to run on as low as 7 psi. We have no idea how hot this thing gets. It maxes out our 2700 degree thermometer. The inside is lined with vermiculite and 3500 degree 30$ a brick fire brick. It will turn a traditional fire brick to glass in just a couple of minutes.
Steel and wood
I have a unique ability to combine wood and metal here. This is a one-off creation. The top is a 4” slab of cedar heartwood with a glaze top. The base is thermocycled and laquered steel. The trim around the top is a saw blade that has been polished then acid etched for aging.
Forced Perspective
I call this a forced perspective base. The table is constantly changing shape depending the viewing angle. To get the angles right we had to build this on the computer in 3d.
Antique Shelf Brackets
These shelf brackets were made from antique Corn Seeder disks. The finish was achieved by a heat treat and oil quench.
Hydraulic over electric Roller
I build much of the equipment used in this shop. This is a tube roller that I built for a project. It is also mobile to allow me to roll pipe or tube onsite.
Shop Anvil
This is the shop anvil that was made here. The face is hardened as well. The colors are from the heat treat and hydrogen bake performed on the anvil to ensure that it is sound.
Shop Anvil
Here is the anvil finished and put on its stand.
Shooting bench
This is another example of something that we will make a couple of times a year. These unbolt and easily load into the back of a truck. I can load it myself, being a big guy, but any two people can do it with ease.
Shooting bench
If you have an idea for something custom that you want made, call us. We have years of woodworking experience as well as general construction. If you have a project that integrates metal work and wood work, feel free to call us. We can do it and enjoy a challenge.
Shooting bench
This is a different shooting bench. I’m always improving my designs and have added legs to them now. The way the bench is attached allows the shooter to move and wiggle without disturbing the table itself.
Hand Formed and patinated brass rings
We do entire or parts of artwork installations. We were commissioned to make 150 hand forged and patinated brass rings for an art installation in the Fort Worth area. The degree of patination and imperfection was determined by the artist to meet their vision. These rings were all made from long sticks of solid stock. Hand hammered and patinated.
Brass Ring Finish Product
This is what happened to all of those brass rings.
Bracket
Pitman Arm repair
This is a pitman arm from an antique tractor. It had shattered. We were able to salvage it and re-weld it as one solid piece and better than new. Can you see where it shattered?
This is a rolling base for a 52” sheet metal brake.
Universal Transducer Trolling Motor Bracket
This will fit any transducer to any trolling motor. We did a production run and they worked great. They have the added benefit of being able to protect your transducer and transducer bracket if you smash into something. I believe we still have some of these and if you want one let us know.
Base for an antique vise
Forced air burn barrel
These are cool. A great help if you live in the country with no trash service. The barrels work with either a leaf blower or shop vac to create a venturi effect inside of the barrel. These will burn an entire week worth of trash in 20-30 minutes. They go through fall leaves like you can’t believe. The great thing is that they burn so hot, there is minimal if any ash or debris left over. It’s simply gone. They are the most fun at night. You will have a fire tornado 20’ in the air. They are quite safe but each comes with detailed instructions to keep you safe. The lid is very heavy and the handle design keeps the handles much cooler than the barrel which can glow like a strawberry at night. We use one and love it. Everyone one who has gotten one has loved it. We have great video of it, but cannot seam to get it to load on our webpage.
Door Handles
These are antique wrenches made into door handles. They have been sandblasted and acid etched to add the patina.
Jib
This is a jib that we made for our forklifts. It’s been very handy.
Spreader Beam
This spreader beam was engineered for handling long pieces of metal roofing.
What's a spreader beam do?????
Dining Room/ Card table
We like unique. This table was built to be both a dining room table and a card table in an apartment. We got lucky and found a piece of marble that has the live edge all around. The chairs are hydraulic and raise up and down.
Dining Room table base
It’s the crisp sharp lines that make this pop, and that make it challenging.
Diamond Table
Commercial Sprayer for truck bed
You can tell by the deterioration that this was ready to go. This belongs to a local pest company.
Better than new
Kingpin Bracket for backhoe
This bracket had sheared completely off of a back hoe. This is what holds the whole shebang up. We were able to repair it and make it much stronger than the original.
The keeper arm was also broken during the accident and the hook lost. We were able to make a new one.
Engine Run Stand
Flathead v-8’s and other motors from the 1920’s and 30’s do not fit on a traditional run stand. We were asked to build one by an antique car enthusiasts to test his new flat head and run other older motors.
Single axis moving solar panel stand.
We designed and built this. It breaks down into 3 pieces to fit inside of a camper. It tracks the sun on a single axis (east to west). It’s own shape is very stable but it can also be staked to the ground or the base filled with ballast.
The Titanic
Those of us here in Branson remember when the Titanic museum had a 16’ pink covid mask on the bow. This is the frame for it. The owners loved it so much we had to make another for the Titanic in Pigeon Ford. Native Signs provided the mask itself and the installation. Their work is amazing if you are looking for unique signage and advertising.
SS kitchen equipment
We do a fair amount of commercial kitchen work. This was a grease bin from a local grocery stores deli. It was coated in years and years of grime and all 4 corners had split. A replacement couldn’t be found. We sandblasted and ground it clean. Heavily reinforced the corners as well as welding the corners and all the bends on the inside. This piece is good for many many many more years and is stronger than when new.
Burner riser
These were made for another local restaurant that needed a solution for getting their pans higher off of the grill. They are made from 316l stainless steel.
Branson Water District table
These are the legs that I made for the City of Branson. I had the top made by my friends at Timberfall (look them up).
Stainless Steel truck exhaust
Nerf Bars
Yeah. We make nice nerf bars. These are for a Ford. Unlike all Ford stuff, these are built to bolt to the frame, not the rocker panels. They are heavy material and can support the weight of the truck. I love to use the expanded metal on my nerf bars. Great traction and its great from cleaning the mud off of your boots.
Nerf Bars
These were made for a Dodge
Handmade Door handle.
This is a snake door handle crafted by hand from raw material and patinated. Very cool
Removable Skid plating for 4 wheeler
These are on a kids 125. They are 11g diamond plate and worked fantastic.
4 wheeler brush guard
This is the same 4 wheeler. This brush guard was made to compliment the new bikes really cool silver spiderweb paint job.
Cool Table base
This base was commissioned by Timberfall. The top was a 5’ across 6” thick cypress cookie sealed in Epoxy. This came out cool. This is another one of those bases that looks simple but isn’t. This was built on the computer as well to determine the correct compounding angles needed for the right height and width.
Custom Bumper Mount
We fabricated these custom bumper mounts for a show truck with 8” of lift. The customer couldn’t find and over the counter solution and came to us. We’ve designed and fabricated all kinds of parts including motor mounts for v/8 swap. We will give you an honest answer if it’s worth us fabricating your part, or if you are better off going with an off the shelf solution.
Computer Design
We can design your parts on the computer. This allows us to make sure that what we are creating will serve its purpose.
Finished Product
Look on the porch, recognize something? Notice the different sizes of wood. This is where CAD design helps to ensure that we are providing you with the correct product.
Stainless
We do a lot in stainless. If you are a local restaurant, call us. Above are some legs that needed to be extended to raise the table. We are experts in all kinds of Stainless Steel. We also have a good deal of specialty equipment that no one else around here has.
Custom Equipment
We are always building our own equipment and mounts. This is a mobile base for our new 10 ton hydraulic pipe bender
Fabrication Table
Need a good table? We can make it for.
Functioning Artwork
This handle was designed and built from scratch here in our shop from fresh raw brass.
